In the mock examination entitled "Firefighters appeal for help from members of the public," I gave you a very long list of the words and the word groupings that appeared within those 400 words.

I have now extracted 120 of those words, and put the odd word in that wasn't there, just see how you cope with a word that you've not written very recently.

In this presentation, you might like to try the one minute at 120, followed by two minutes at 60 WPM.

However, you can do those two speeds in whichever order you feel suits you best. And if you still at the lower end of the speed ladder, that's absolutely fine.
