A very effective exercise. We present five sentences, each on a stand-alone basis and then put them back together and run through all 120 words at 60 WPM, then 80, then 100 and finally, 120 WPM.
Here, we have a passage of 240 words. It is dictated for two minutes at 120 WPM. Then three minutes at 80 WPM before we wrap up with (2+2) minutes at 60 WPM. The whole passage contains almost thirty word groupings and we've included the printed Teeline shorthand to assist you.
